Do you currently offer In-Person Training?
Yes.. Currently we Can offer In-Person Training either in the convenience of your own home, or we have a personal setup available if need be. We are currently looking to expand into a physical location, but in the meantime limited slots are available.
How do I go about knowing if I am doing a specific exercise correctly or not.
There are a few ways we can do this. you can record the movement and send in the Apps direct messaging feature. -OR- We can set up a time to video chat and go over it in real time.
